Our Wild Harvested Lomatium Root comes from the Siskiyou Mountains of southwestern Oregon and the Olympic Mountains near Port Townsend, WA.
A note from @The_Smile_Enthuisiast, longevity coach and co-creator of our Medicinal Herbal Blends.
Lomatium root contains significant antiviral properties, plus it's also a strong anti-inflammatory, and a powerful herbal antibiotic. It significantly improves the overall immune function, and is a wonderful herbal preventative to use during that nasty flu season (Corona or otherwise).
So, what types of “sickness/symptoms” would I use Lomatium Root for?
For starters, all kinds of Corona, influenza, all respiratory ailments…bronchitis, chronic coughing, COPD, pneumonia, asthma, and even tuberculosis.
Since Lomatium Root is a powerful antiviral, I would also use it if I were struggling with any herpetic viruses, including, but not limited to, Epstein-Barr, hepatitis, mumps, shingles, measles, chicken pox, mononucleosis and HIV. I would likely use Lomatium if I have any of the HHV viruses, HSV viruses, and HPV too… but that’s just me--I can only tell you what I would do for me, if I were in these particular health circumstances. It’s up to you to consult with your practitioner about what would be best for you.
If I had any inflammatory conditions, like swelling in my joints, any arthritis, or if I was suffering with water retention, edema, bloating, or had any autoimmune disorders with chronic pain, fatigue, lower back pain, inflammation etc. I would consider putting Lomatium root on the front lines of my healing journey, at that point in time as well.
Did you know that during the 1917 Spanish flu pandemic, Lomatium root was successfully used by the Native Americans to help keep them healthy and help ward off illness? (true story, according to Medical Medium)
