Ginkgo leaf, also known as gingko biloba, or maidenhair, has been used to heal various health ailments for thousands of years. It's been said that ginkgo leaf is the most commonly ingested herb for brain health. These precious leaves helps improve my cognitive function, it elevates my mood, increases my energy, and helps to improve my memory. This medicinal herb also acts as an antioxidant to protect my brain cells from damage. For these reasons alone, this is what makes gingko leaf such an important part of my life! Gingko also contains anti -inflammatory, antioxidant, and platelet-forming & circulation-boosting effects in my brain, and throughout my entire body.
So what other sort of symptoms or conditions would I use gingko leaf for?
Since ginkgo leaf contains an alkaloid that can support neurotransmitters, which is particularly important for people suffering with neurological conditions, like dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, MS, or ALS -- I would make sure that this herb was in my daily infusions. That goes if I suffered with any neurological diseases.

If I had issues with sleep, or dealt with any mood disorders, or needed help to increase my libido, I would include ginkgo leaf into my roster of medicinal herbs. If I had symptoms like hearing loss, dizziness, or tinnitus, I would use gingko leaf, as its been said to decrease the severity of these symptoms.
