Upon submitting your deposit, you will receive a comprehensive questionnaire. This questionnaire is designed to gain a deeper understanding of your health concerns and medical history, enabling us to determine the most suitable program for your needs.
Please be aware that the questionnaire review process may take a few weeks as we are committed to providing meticulous attention to each participant. Upon completing the review, we will arrange a 15-minute call to discuss the next steps and confirm the start date of your coaching program. Please note that this call is not intended for discussing your specific health issues, but rather for Coach Smile to introduce herself and provide you with an overview of what you can anticipate from her coaching program.
Kindly be advised that the remaining payment for your selected program will be due at least 10 business days before your scheduled start date.

Refund and Exchange Policy:
Please be advised that the following terms and conditions govern all pre-paid services and/or deposits made to The Smile Enthusiast through the curateforlife.com website:
1. Refunds and Exchanges: There are no refunds or exchanges available for any pre-paid services or deposits that are canceled. Once a service or deposit has been paid for, it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
2. Accommodation for Future Services: While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, such as a family emergency, we are committed to providing you with the service which you have paid your deposit for. We will gladly accommodate your needs by rescheduling the appointment for a later date when it best suits you.
By booking and pre-paying for a service with The Smile Enthusiast, or making a deposit on any of her services, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined in this refund and exchange policy.
