California Poppy is rich in vitamins A, C, and E, as well as minerals such as calcium and magnesium. California Poppy is a “top shelf” natural pain reliever, and is a safe and mindful alternative to prescription medication. It contains analgesic and antispasmodic properties which are useful in providing relief from acute nerve and muscle related pain.
I wouldn’t hesitate to administer this herb to my children if they had colic.
