Herbal Elderberry+ Syrup Making Kit includes (all organic):

• Elderberries
• Cardamom Pods, ground
• Bay Leaves
• Star Anise
• Whole Cloves
• Ceylon Cinnamon Quill

Instructions included with kit.  All you need to add is water and honey, and cook per instructions!  Each kit makes approximately 20 oz. of syrup.
