Burdock Root

Burdock root is an essential blood purifier and detoxifying herb as it can neutralize and safely eliminate poisons and toxins from my body. It’s also very medicinal for my liver because it purges my organ on a deep level. Medical Medium says if you want an extra boost to remove toxic heavy metals from the body-- add burdock root to your protocol.

Dandelion root/leaf

Dandelion leaves trigger a squeezing action in my liver that helps to release toxins. Dandelion also help to rid my organs of radiation—as well as removing DDT, pesticides and fungicides from my body. Dandelion root also helps to filter out toxins-- It’s a liver protector; and dandelion root helps my liver do its job more effectively. This root is especially high in antioxidants which can neutralize free radicals. Over time, the accumulation of free radicals can lead to cell damage and chronic disease. Antioxidants help neutralize these harmful compounds. Dandelion root also helps to reset the filtering capabilities of my liver, by expelling rogue toxins that have yet to become compartmentalized into storage banks inside my liver. Medical Medium says that dandelion root supports my liver’s adaptation strength, plus it’s ability to convert nutrients, while strengthening bile. I also like dandelion root because it possesses antimicrobial properties that can help stop the growth of disease-causing bacteria.

Nettle Leaf

I like nettle leaf because it has the ability to neutralize toxic antigens in my body—It literally has the power to disarm any poisonous crap going on inside me! Nettles are also very helpful in eliminating viral and bacterial infections, plus, nettle is a strong immune booster! All of these properties are what makes nettle leaf a beneficial tool during a gentle detox. Medical Medium says nettle is an anti-radiation food that also contains potent anti-inflammatory compounds which helps to calm cytokine storms in the body; which is one of the key contributors to inflammation.
