Anti-plastics tea

A custom blend of:

Fenugreek

Mullein leaf

Olive leaf

Lemon balm

When I need an herbal infusion to give me the best possible chance at pulling plastics and plastic by-product out of my body, this is what I use as my proverbial ‘antidote’ (Inspired by Medical Medium). This blend has a unique flavour to it, primarily because of the fenugreek, which is traditionally used in Indian cuisine.
